Vietnamese Robusta and Arabica Blend

Additional info: This blend features Vietnamese Robusta grown in the Lam Dong region and Vietnamese Arabica (Catimor) grown in the Dalat region - both at an elevation of approximately 1,500m.
This blend is made up of 100% Vietnamese coffee of the robusta and arabica varieties. We are excited to feature Vietnamese arabica that was harvested and processed separately with exceptionally high standards. The flavor profile leans more to bold flavors, highlighting dark chocolate with hints of dried fruit and finishing with floral notes.
Special consideration for freshly roasted coffee:
Freshly roasted coffee needs to settle and de-gas to finish developing its flavors, with best results by 1-2 weeks after the roast date (based on our testing).
Whole beans will be packed for shipping as early as 11/28/2025.
Grounded coffee is grounded right before shipping and will be shipped as early as 11/30/2025.
