Shipping policy
Patient Coffee will ship orders as soon as possible in the order they are received. If you purchase multiple items, they will be shipped to you based on lead time and availability. Please note special considerations for pre-orders or "future orders" and the rest times specified for orders of whole beans and ground coffee after being freshly-roasted. Your order will be shipped all at once when all items are available and processed.
Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days from the date you place your order unless specified otherwise on the product page, such as for pre-orders or "future orders". Shipping and lead times provided on the product page are our best estimates based on various factors including order volume, information from our partners, shipping issues, etc.
You will receive an e-mail containing the tracking information for your order after it has been shipped to your location.
If we are going to be away for important business operations or on vacation, we will put a message on our landing page as well as the checkout system. We send advance notice to all of our subscribers via e-mail.
