Additional info: This batch of coffee beans was processed in the Cafetos de Segovia micromill, which is owned and operated by second-generation coffee farmers and sisters: Ana and Martha Albir. The coffee beans are grown around the Nuevo Segovia area at an elevation 1300-1500 meters above sea level.
This formula brings out mild citrus and sweet flavors, creating a smooth, balanced cup of coffee.
Special consideration for future orders of freshly roasted coffee:
Freshly roasted coffee needs to settle and de-gas to finish developing its flavors, with best results by 1-2 weeks after the roast date (based on our testing).
Whole beans will be packed for shipping as early as 12/19/2025.
Grounded coffee is grounded right before shipping and will be shipped as early as 12/19/2025.
