Additional info: The signature house blend will always have a combination of robusta and arabica coffee beans. Our goal is to mix the bold, dark chocolate flavors of robusta beans with the brighter, citrus notes of arabica beans. The end result is a smooth tasting cup of coffee with a pleasant lingering finish.

Special consideration for future orders of freshly roasted coffee:

Freshly roasted coffee needs to settle and de-gas to finish developing its flavors, with best results by 2 weeks after the roast date. For this reason, the earliest this batch will be packed for shipping is 8/15/2025 for whole beans. You are encouraged to enjoy this coffee as soon as possible, as the flavor will continue to develop by the 2nd week after roasting.
