Special consideration for future orders of freshly roasted coffee:
Freshly roasted coffee needs to settle and de-gas to finish developing its flavors, with best results by 2 weeks after the roast date. For this reason, the earliest this batch will be packed for shipping is 8/15/2025 for whole beans. You are encouraged to enjoy this coffee as soon as possible, as the flavor will continue to develop by the 2nd week after roasting.
All orders for grounded coffee are grounded right before shipping. The earliest ship date will be 2 weeks from roast date: 8/22/2025. Thank you for your patience! We hope you enjoy the experience of having freshly-roasted coffee!
